Homemade V-8 Juice
I've waited all season for these beefsteak tomatoes. We've been enjoying them in ones and twos for a few weeks now, but I finally got a good harvest this weekend, almost 20 lbs. I also harvested parsley and chard for the V-8.

Includes: tomatoes*, beets, carrots*, chard*, parsley*, onions*, celery*, and garlic*. * Organic or homegrown.
It took some doing, but I decided that was because I had a relatively low-powered Waring Juicer. If I do it again next year, I'll need a better juicer.
